This course is designed to be a resource for leaders in our City Life leadership community to grow, be equipped, and excel as we lead people on our teams and in our small groups to fulfill their potential and pursue full life in Christ.
Every leader has a span of care, which simply represents the number of people in your life that you can care for effectively. Pastor Brad begins to lay the framework for equipping you to shepherd people well by introducing you to our strategy for SHEPHERDING PEOPLE AT CITY LIFE.
During this session Pastor Brad teaches how we can grow as a Leader who knows those He or She leads. Knowledge is power. And in leadership, personal knowledge of those we lead is powerful. It gives us the power to encourage people, support people, empower people, care for people, and release people into their full potential.
During this session Pastor Brad teaches principles on how to be a Loving Leader who is available to the people we serve. It’s listening to them and faithfully praying for them and selflessly serving their needs in practical ways. And I think this is really encouraging because none of us can be leaders who are perfect, but we can all be leaders who are present.
