Our Sunday morning worship services are designed to be relaxed, comfortable, inspiring, and fun. Here’s what you can expect when you visit one of our services.
You will see a variety of colorful City Life signs as you approach South Philly High School.
If you are driving, a member of the City Life parking team will greet you and help you find a spot in our parking lot. If you are walking, one of our greeters will be waiting outside to welcome you.
A City Life Dream Team member will greet you as you arrive at the building, be available to answer any questions you have and direct you where you need to go.
You can help yourself to a free beverage in our cafe, which is open twenty minutes before each service. This is a great time to get used to the feel of City Life and chat with people if you’d like.
When it’s time for the service to start, you’ll head into the auditorium. Another member of our Dream Team will be available to help you find a seat.
Each service opens with inspiring, heartfelt worship led by our band. Words to the songs will be on the screen, and you can join in as you feel comfortable. Our hope is that you sense the presence of God.
After worship, a City Life leader will welcome everyone, share an announcement or two, and lead our congregation in giving the weekly offering. If you are a guest, the service is our gift to you, so please don’t feel any pressure to participate.
We have an open communion for Christ followers, so you don’t have to be a regular to join in.
As you leave, stop by the Welcome Center to chat with a Dream Team member and learn more about how to get connected with City Life.
